  1. Press Shuigou point (prevent brain oxygen loss). Hold the patient's head with both hands; The thumb presses on the corner of the bottom of the nose, the two index fingers press on the two points in front of the ear jar.

  2. Stimulate Neiguan point on the left.

  3. Press the corner of the left little finger nail (inside) to help the heart beat again. Shaochong

  4. Use 3 fingers to press down on the center of the chest on the pulse line (Tanzhong).

When the patient wakes up, let the patient rest for 5-10 minutes; Measure blood pressure to find out the cause of unconsciousness.

REFERENCE LIST: Part of the Body

Shuigou: On the face, at the junction of the superior 1/3 and middle 1/3 of the philtrum.

Neiguan: On the palmar aspect of the forearm, 2 cun above the transverse crease of the wrist, on the line connecting PC 3 and PC 7, between the tendons of m. palmaris longus and m. flexor carpi radialis.

Shaochong: On the radial side of the distal phalanx of the little finger, .1 cun (finger cun) distance from the corner of the nail.

Shangzhong: On the anterior median line of the chest, at the level of the 4th intercostal space, at the midpoint between the two nipples.
